February lends itself to romance with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, and winter giving us some of the prettiest glittering snowflakes.  It’s all a perfect recipe for candle lit dinners, warm evenings by the fire, and sipping hot cocoa or even a hot toddy.

So for today’s blog we thought we’d share some of our picks for the most unexpected, memorable, and romantic getaways in New York State.  We’ve also included some fabulous suggestions for where to eat and what to do while you’re on vacation (besides getting cozied up together!)
